Deep East Texas Contracting Opportunities Conference (DETCOC) is organized by the Angelina College Procurement Assistance Center (ACPAC) and the Procurement & Property Services, Stephen F. Austin State University (SFASU) with the goal to assist the businesses of the Texas Forest Country to understand, compete, and win government contracts.

The purpose of the DETCOC website is to allow small businesses, federal, state, and local government agencies, and prime contractors to find out information about the DETCOC conference that ACPAC and SFASU Procurement & Property Services host each year during May.
 
In addition, special DETCOC's can be held throughout the year for specific areas.  For example, Disaster Contracting, Veterans Administration Contracting, etc.
