Deep
East Texas Contracting Opportunities Conference (DETCOC) is hosted by
the Procurement & Property Services, Stephen F. Austin State University (SFASU) and the Angelina College Procurement Assistance
Center (ACPAC) with the goal to assist the businesses of the Texas
Forest Country to understand, compete, and win government contracts.

The purpose of the DETCOC website is to allow small businesses; federal, state, and local government agencies; and prime contractors to find out information about the DETCOC conference that SFASU Procurement & Property Services and ACPAC host each year the week after Spring graduation at each campus.
Federal, state, and local government agencies and prime contractors should go to the Exhibitor page.
Small businesses should go to the Visitor page. The purpose is to have businesses of the Texas Forest Country register as a Visitor to attend information presentations and visit with the agencies and prime contractors that will be set up as exhibitors.
